Sallahfest AI & Digital Skills Training Programme
By submitting this application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility & Application
This application does not guarantee automatic selection into the training programme.
Selection is based on available slots, eligibility criteria, and the information provided in the application.
Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
- Attendance & Commitment
Selected participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions for the full duration of the programme.
Consistent lateness, absenteeism, or lack of engagement may result in removal from the programme without notice.
Participants must notify the organizers in advance if they are unable to attend any session.
- Learning Equipment & Access
Participants are responsible for providing their own learning tools, including a laptop, smartphone, or internet access where required.
The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the training venue.
- Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators, organizers, and fellow participants at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the programme.
Participants must follow all venue rules and safety guidelines.
- Use of Training Materials
All training materials provided (slides, recordings, handouts, resources) are for personal educational use only.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share training materials without prior written permission from the organizers.
- Media Consent
By participating in the programme, you grant Sallahfest permission to capture photographs, videos, and audio recordings during the training sessions.
These materials may be used for documentation, publicity, marketing, and reporting purposes across digital and print platforms.
If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must inform the organizers in writing before the programme begins.
- Certification
Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet attendance and participation requirements.
The organizers reserve the right to withhold certificates from participants who do not complete the programme satisfactorily.
- Programme Changes
Sallahfest reserves the right to modify the programme schedule, content, facilitators, or venue when necessary.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be informed through the contact details provided.
- Data Protection & Privacy
Personal information collected through this application will be used solely for programme administration, communication, and reporting.
Participant data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the programme without consent, except where required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
Participation in the programme is voluntary.
Sallahfest and its partners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the programme, except where caused by proven negligence.
